Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by You
If you book a service with Viswas services and wish to cancel:

If you cancel **at least 24 hours before** the scheduled service time, you may request a full refund or reschedule the service without any penalty.
If you cancel **within 24 hours** of the scheduled service time, a cancellation charge of **50% of the booking amount** may apply (to cover our operational costs).
If you are a **no-show** (not present at the booked location/time without prior notice), you will forfeit the full booking amount (no refund).
Cancellation by Us
In rare circumstances (e.g., adverse weather, technician unavailability, equipment failure), we may need to cancel or reschedule your service. In that case:

We will notify you as soon as possible.
You may choose to reschedule the service at no additional cost or receive a **full refund** of any amount paid for a service we cannot deliver.
Refunds
When a refund is approved:

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at booking.
Refund requests will be processed within **5–7 working days**, though the actual crediting time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
No refunds will be issued for services already **fully rendered**. In case a service has partly commenced and you report a legitimate issue, we may offer a partial refund or free re-service at our discretion.
Other Important Conditions
• If you request changes (for example, change of location or service type) within **less than 24 hours** of the booked time, the full booking charge may still apply.
• For subscription or package services (e.g., weekly car wash packages), refunds will not apply for services already availed.
• If you provide incorrect or incomplete vehicle/location information which prevents our technician from delivering the service (e.g., vehicle not present, locked premises), we reserve the right to treat it as a no-show and no refund will be granted.
• We are not liable for refunds in case of dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations or conditions outside our service scope (e.g., very heavy stains, pre-existing damage).
